Send an email to service center they will not respond. Call center, after waiting some 10+minutes, will tell you to go the branch. You go to the branch and they tell you to call the call center. You use their phone in the branch and the Audio is terrible. Not adequate service with no authorized personnel to solve issues in the branch. This is my experience. Even all their 3 ATMs are not working in MoE. Reducing the branches may not have been the best idea.

It is a very bad experience I ever had in my life, it is a bad day for me when I decided to ope account in this bank in Jan 2020 ,they lost all my papers and documents which I gave them to open the account for me , I,m living in Oman and it was a visit to me to Dubai mall of Emirates on that time ,and after a regular follow up with them in June 2020 they told me that they lost my documents !They advise me to open it on line and that was amn otther bad experience when they wrote my spelling wrongly and I can,t use the account ! Itried all the ways to solve it but I could not solve it untill now unless I present my self to them personaly !I,m just wondering is there any one from the bank reading these comments ???!!! I doubt it !!! see the number of bad comments people writing every day !

Just arrived now in the bank and is closed. Its really frustrating. The bank seems closed or under renovation. Dont waist your time to come here in the mall. Also the ATM machines are not accessible. The bank should advise the clients regarding the situation of all the branches. Another bad service....by the FAB 😔

I am waiting more than 1 hour to see a teller. I have business account for 10 years this bsbk and a bad customer service make me change my bank and move my merchin mashin to another bank. I want to my nearest branch motor city no teller came to mall of emirats they said no one until 2pm. From 2 I wait now still 10 people in front only one teller.We should not be treat it like this. Worst bank and customer service. No response on email at all despite several follow ups. If you go to branch, they keep you standing for 1 hour and then say we cant see your credit card details here. What sort of bank is this? The Customer Care phone number is special one and keeps you holding for 30 minutes. Dont open any bank account with this. Avoid taking any products from this bank.

The customer service is so pathetic, poor and horrible. I wonder if the employees are even working or not. Since 22-April-2020 Im trying o reach out to the customer service and Im kept waiting for 40 minutes. I called on +971 2 681 1511 and 600 52 5500 but there is literally no response. I also sent two emails but all Im sent is an automated message. I want someone from the bank reaching out to me.

I wish i can give 0, if you want to ruin your evening just come here for a transaction.Only 1 or 2 counters are usually operating, they take a customer and when they finish they just move out/ around.While you are waiting you find people coming out of the queue starting to explain their issue then they sit and delay you more and more and more.I like the bank and the high security level they provide for your account but i feel horrible when i need to do a transaction in the weekdays evening.

FAB is anybody watching these posts or have you spent your entire budget on outbound agents who call customer 3 times a day to try and sell products your customers do not want? The best time to sell to your customers is right after you solve a customer enquiry or resolve a complaint which ironically would give you a better success rate in a branch. It baffles me how a prominent branch has not changed its ability to staff adequately in as many years as you have been operating. I have visited this branch many times and taken a ticket only to leave after waiting for extensive periods without anyone having assisted me. If the budget is not there to staff adequately in branch empower your contact center agents to take these enquiries over the phone or chat. Please be one of the banks that listens to your customers. You have a good reputation so just need to build a matching customer experience and you will be formidable.

Worst bank ever. I regret to open my account there. Do not advise you to cooperate with them if you want to avoid inconveniences.For almost three years only problems and no solution. This bank should either educate employees or replace them with machines.They are telling you that you should ask SECURITY officer how to fill the forms! Security! Maybe cleaner can be the branch manager then!System is awful, support is helpless, customer needs to resolve bank problems himself. The worst experience ever, extremely slow. This is the busiest branch and only 1 or maximum 2 counters serve clients. You have to wait for 1-2 hours for your turn and as soon as you leave branch your case will be forgotten. Nobody will call or write you back even if they promised. Also, they never answer phone calls and even emails. I would not recommend this bank and this branch to anyone.

I had to wait for two hours at a high traffic branch such as Mall of The Emirates and I understand that I might wait at such a branch, but what I dont understand is having 5 desks, 4 employees and only two are servicing to the whole crowd! Unacceptable and this is not the first time and not the only branch and unexpected by such a brand name and such a bank. Moreover, the code system is unclear, we just see the numbers that are coming up but we dont know where we stand, how much time do we need to wait and nothing. The code system is almost useless.

Tellers are extremely inefficient and slow while dealing with customers. There’s a separate section for customer complaints and in-spite of having that, the 3 teller counters are extremely slow in dealing with customers having regular transactions. Either increase the number of tellar counters or try to implement ways to increase efficiency of the existing employees.Highly disappointed with their service. Switching to another bank and closing this one right away. Will ensure to not recommend this bank to anyone.

Need customer service? Its not possible. You try speaking to the people at the bank, they ask you to call them (a special 600-number where you get charged when you call) When you call the number? you are on hold for more than 30 minutes before you get a hold of someone, who doesnt even know how to do their job. I have been 8 years customer with NBAD One account , I was fine with service but last it becomes very bad service ., I have complain case since October 2017. and customer service each time do miss call to record that he called the customer and after that received sms that my case it solved but it is not ,,, then I called them again. And they check and they confirmed that still no one take action ,, and raise another complain case ,,,, I stopped accounting how many cases I raised for the same subject ,,, 4 or 5,,,, it is shame on Last Abu Dhabi Bank

It is the worst branch of any bank from all around the world. At any given time, you will be waiting for hours before your number is called. Mostly because there is only 1 customer service representative at any given point in time at this bank. It is a horrible experience. The seats arent enough. Very fast for geting products but customer service is terrible - i had to call 12 times and visit 5 times to get my liability letter Which after 1 and half month they gave me an expired letter and asked me to sign it while during this period i visited the branch 3 times and every time they were saying its not ready!- now i have requested for refund cheq of my credit card ( called 4 times and visited 3 times ) which again after 2 month still it is not ready... totally disappointing...

This bank is SLOOOOOOOOW.... SLOW SLOW SLOW. dont know how my wife ended up with this bank. I think its a bank.... But seems like its just a massive waiting room in MOE. So for my recommendation if you need a time out at MOE get yourself a ticket and grab a seat for an hour or two to rest your little feet. But I for sure will make sure we take our savings else where.... Hopefully a proper bank.Now the staff ? Lol what staff ? The skills, service and profession? Worst experience ever, and not just once, but TWICE!!Actually standing right Outside the bank and writing this because I’ve been waiting for a looong time now! There are three lanes and all the time, 2 of them are always closed. The average waiting time is “two hours”, so please be very aware. I am spoiling the rest of my weekend here, and have cancelled plans for a smooth Saturday evening, because I’ve been waiting if the past 1 and 1/2 hours.. and counting!Security is clueless about the system, their tv monitor is out of order, the little place stinks of stale air and for some reason, during both my visits, their air conditioning has either been out of order or probably shut off, and I don’t know why!Service is the slowest in such a fast paced city and that spoils all your plans for the rest of the day. It’s horrifying to even think of coming here during the weekdays because goodness knows how much they will make you wait! This bank is shame on UAE , you don’t feel the you are dealing with bank , worst customer service and worst services, the employees in the branch are disconnected from the bank itself, the call center can’t help at all , you create official complaint and no one bother to solve it , no system at all to track the requests, no SLA’s , the only way to deal with this bank is to jump on the head of the branch manager and fight with him to solve your issue, i am trying to get rid of this bank , i am wondering why they are asking why the clients are escaping from this bank , no comparison at all with Emirates NBD, who has proper system to manage the customers
